I had 7 days to sell my car as I was moving out of BC, Sheldon made what I thought would be a stressful & difficult process incredibly seamless and easy - going above and beyond multiple times to ensure we had a swift & easy transaction. They’re family owned, gave me a fair price for the car and were all around super pleasant to deal with. You can’t put a price on no headaches and so much ease.

I recently bought a Mazda at this dealership, I was actually very please by the way Sheldon handle every single one of my questions and request. He was very patient and allow me to test drive the car three different times. After we agreed on the price. He agreed on letting me take the car to my usual mechanic for an inspection. I felt very secure and safe after that because some other places don’t allow you to do such a thing. Long story short. I will definitely consider his dealership the next time I change my car.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Sheldon for the purchase of our new vehicle. He was fantastic to deal with, patient, answered all of our questions, gave us all kinds of time and space to look over and drive the vehicle. He was happy to address a couple of small concerns we had and was strange forward and honest during the entire process. I had a great experience buying a used vehicle here. I found Sheldon to be personable and knowledgeable. He gave me the Carfax and all the records for the car that he had. I didn't feel like he tried to hide anything or use hard sales tactics on me and I feel like I paid a fair price for the vehicle. He was also very accommodating considering I had to drive from Kamloops to North Vancouver to pick up the vehicle. The whole process from first contact, to meeting Sheldon and inspecting the car, to getting insurance, to driving away, was seamless.
